2018 Rates: These rates remain in effect until updated on this website.
Standard Engineering Services Base Rate: $150/hour plus travel where required (Engineering Services include: Design, Programming, Wiring, Training, Consulting, Prototyping, Improving and Repair to OEM standards where able)
Emergency Repair Services Base Rate: $250/hour plus travel where required (Emergency Services entail rapid restoration of production systems to safe and functional working order by use of temporary supplemental systems or methods until such time as full OEM Standards can be returned to service, and in accordance with Federal and Local regulations. These services are only outside of normal working hours 9am to 5pm eastern standard time, and required immediately or with little to no notice. At our discretion will such emergency services be available. It is by nature, our mandate, that such temporary repairs be immediately restored to full serviceable operation as soon as reasonably allowable by production schedules.)
Additional Personnel: $100/hour per additional person (Where services required necessitate additional engineers or technicians provided by Advanced Troubleshooting, LLC. a charge of $100/hour will be added to the base rate per additional person.)
Travel to and from your site by air base rate: $150/hour for every hour traveled, plus cost of air fare and shipping tools.
Travel to and from your site by road base rate: $150/hour for a minimum of 4 hours if your site is outside of South Carolina.
Travel to and from your site with additional personnel: $100/hour will be added to the base travel rate for each person additionally required for every hour of travel by air (in addition to the cost of air fare and cost of shipping tools), or every hour traveled by road.
Per Diem: 300$ per diem will be charged for each Advanced Troubleshooter traveling outside the greater Charleston, SC area.
Please Note: Contractual short term or long term payment agreements for services in lump sums or other methods will not be entered into by Advanced Troubleshooting, LLC. It is our belief that the above hourly arrangement provides the best payment method for us as well as our customers. In all cases we are liberal with our willingness to share all our intellectual knowledge of your systems and pass them on to your employees and managers. It is also our belief that helping your employees understand what we are creating, how we are fixing, or how we are improving your systems affords both them and you with greater ability to maintain and improve your own systems yourselves. Under perfect circumstances we will become essentially unnecessary as your team takes the reigns and learns to build and improve on their own. Granted, there are shortages of knowledge and/or more work than a team can handle, our goal is to provide you with supplemental engineering assistance until such time as we become obsolete, and when that time comes it is our privilege to feel job accomplished. Also, you as our customer remains free of contractual obligations should the business climate change for you and require truncating our services to better serve you interests, and employees’ interests. The benefit of your business is always our goal in all respects.
